STUDY AND WORK IN SPAIN

Universpain offer a combined study and work programme in Salamanca. You only need to have some experience as a waiter in a high-end restaurant or hotel and an intermediate level of Spanish. It is desirable that you have worked specifically for large events, such as parties and weddings or conferences.
We will help you obtain the minimum language requirements. Before starting your job, you will need to take a 4 weeks Spanish course minimum and reach level B1 (lower intermediate). Salamanca is not very expensive and you will be able to cover to cover basic expenses, enjoying this lively and cultural city, where 20% of the population are University students. Salamanca University was founded in 1219, and is compared often with Leuven, Cambridge, Bologna, Leiden or Heidelberg.

Conditions:

• Spanish Course: 4 hours minimum per day.

• Kind of job: You will work in a 4 star conference hotel, with a spa and 2 golf courses, just 3 miles from Salamanca. The hotel has over 200 rooms.
• Salary: Between 48 and 64 euros per day, working just weekends or after studyhours for 4-6 hours. Weekday opportunities after course hours are optional and may be offered from time to time.
• Interview and 5 hour training: Mandatory.
